We sell European Community VAT Forms
VAT Form process
Visit our VAT Office located in Building 74.
Provide your NATO ID and your Shopping Card, duty assignment and current residency information to register and purchase your VAT Forms for €5 each (cash only). VAT forms are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Use your VAT Form to purchase TAX FREE merchandise in the European Community, excluding Germany.
Example: Use VAT form to purchase furniture at Ikea in Heerlen, NL and this will save you 21%.
It is encouraged to inform the store that you will be using a VAT form for your purchase. Do NOT accept any VAT forms from the vendor.
Your VAT form must be returned to this VAT Office with the receipt of purchase.
Unused and expired VAT forms are required to be returned to this VAT Office.
VAT forms are often used for stores such as
- electronic stores such as Media Markt or Saturn
- furnitures stores such as Ikea
- auto and motorcycle repairs shops
- bicycle shops.
