Shrimp with Whisky Cocktail Sauce

Cooked and peeled Shrimp

6 tablespoons mayonnaise

1/2 lemon

2 tablespoons Single Malt Whisky

3 tablespoons tomato ketchup



1Mix 6 tablespoons mayonnaise together in a bowl with juice of half a lemon, 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup and 2 tablespoons whisky.

2Mix well using a whisk.

3Taste, and decide if the sauce needs more mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, whisky or lemon juice.

4Add more mayonnaise if you prefer a thicker sauce.

5Also great to serve with Dutch Shrimp Croquettes
