Ingredients

1 Pumpkin

Onions

400 ml Vegetable Broth

Rama Cremefine

Parsley

Salt, pepper, sugar to taste

Directions

1Dice the pumpkin and onions.

2Fry in oil over medium heat for 7 minutes.

3Add the vegetable broth and simmer for 5 minutes.

4Remove from heat and puree it all together.

5Add cream, parsley, salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
