EmailTweet 19 Full-screen Moroccan Stew Soup Moroccan Sautéing, Simmering December 15, 2016 Prep: 10 mins Cook: 1 hr Ingredients 300 g Stew Beef 1 Medium Onion 1 tsp Tumeric 10 g Ginger 2 Cinnamon Sticks 3 Tbs Olive Oil 1 Clove Garlic- finely chopped 3 Sprigs Parsley 3 Sprigs Coriander ½ tsp Ground Pepper ½ tsp Salt 5 Prunes 10 Unsalted Peanuts or Almonds Water Directions 1Peel onion and cut into small cubes. 2Heat oil in the pan and add meat. 3Brown the meat on medium high then add onions. 4When the onion is tender and golden pour about 50 ml water into the mix. 5Add spices, parsley and coriander, reduce heat, cover with lid and let simmer for about 40 minutes. 6Add small amount of water if needed. 7When everything is tender place 5 prunes on top of the stew and close lid and simmer 10 more minutes. 8In a separate frying pan brown peanuts or almonds with oil until golden brown. 9Serve Stew garnished with Prunes and Nuts. close full screen 00:00 0 Reviews Cancel replyYou must be logged in to post a comment.
