Not everyone is a professional wrapper. That’s why we offer free gift wrapping every day. Take the time to have our staff wrap it up for you. You can even tell the gift recipient that you did it. (We won’t tell)

NATEX Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept for refund or exchange, any item purchased from NATEX stores within 30 days of purchase (14 days for computers, phones & computer accessories). Returned items should be unworn, unused, unwashed and include the vendor packaging and tags, along with the original receipt. Used products cannot be returned unless defective. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable.
In accordance with Health Regulations, items of a personal nature cannot be accepted for return including but not limited to undergarments, bathing suits, earrings, electric razors, women’s personal products, hair brushes & combs, exercise mats, stability balls, resistance tubing, resistance bands, heart rate monitors. If you aren’t sure… just ask.
Final Sale items may not be returned.
Products under warranty
We sell many different products that are covered by a manufacturer warranty. When something goes wrong with these products, we want you to know that we are here to help you. We encourage you to contact us. We will contact the manufacturer and determine the best solution based on the situation. In many cases, this will involve sending the item back to the manufacturer for repair. In other cases, the manufacturer may be able to replace the item. Each situation is different.
Please check your warranty and keep your receipt with it. It is a good idea to make a scanned copy of the receipt for your records. We can accept any product we sell that is under warranty as long as you have the receipt.
